At Health, Happiness & Helping Others (H3), we understand that transportation can often be a barrier to receiving vital medical care — especially for individuals living with chronic illnesses such as sickle cell disease, cancer, and other long-term health conditions.
Our Approach
To help ease this burden, H3 is offering transportation vouchers through our TransportationAssistance Program.We are committed to connecting patients with reliable transportation support by covering or offsetting transportation costs through financial assistance.
